Der Pr\u00fcfstand wird 2025 geliefert und ist f\u00fcr die neue Hauptlagerpr\u00fcfanlage von LORC (Lind\u00f8 Offshore Renewables Center) bestimmt.\r\n\r\n\u201eEs ist eine Anerkennung unserer Kompetenz f\u00fcr Gro\u00dfpr\u00fcfst\u00e4nde, dass LORC f\u00fcr dieses neue Projekt R&amp;D Test Systems ausgew\u00e4hlt hat, den leistungsf\u00e4higsten Pr\u00fcfstand f\u00fcr Hauptlagerungen zu bauen. Sie st\u00fctzt die Rotorwelle und sorgt f\u00fcr ihre Stabilit\u00e4t und korrekte Ausrichtung. Au\u00dferdem \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt sie die von den Rotorbl\u00e4ttern verursachten Lasten auf die Anlagenkonstruktion und sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass das erzeugte Drehmoment auf das Getriebe und den Generator \u00fcbertragen wird. Dieser neue Pr\u00fcfstand konzentriert sich auf die Hauptlagerung und erm\u00f6glicht es Herstellern von Windkraftanlagen, dieses System isoliert zu pr\u00fcfen, anstatt es im Rahmen eines vollst\u00e4ndigen Pr\u00fcfverfahrens f\u00fcr den Antriebsstrang zu testen.\r\n\r\nDer Pr\u00fcfstand ist so konzipiert, dass sowohl Hauptlager mit Getriebe als auch solche mit Direktantrieb, die beiden wichtigsten Lagerungssysteme f\u00fcr Windkraftanlagen, gepr\u00fcft werden k\u00f6nnen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist der Pr\u00fcfstand flexibel und ausbauf\u00e4hig, so dass auch zuk\u00fcnftige Lagertechnologien getestet werden k\u00f6nnen.\r\n\r\nEin Team von 35 Vollzeit-Ingenieuren hat Anfang des Jahres am Hauptsitz von R&amp;D Test Systems in D\u00e4nemark mit der Entwicklung und Konstruktion des Pr\u00fcfstandes begonnen. Neben Elektro-, System-, Software- und Maschinenbauingenieuren sind bei dem Projekt auch Bauingenieure einbezogen, um das Stahlbetonfundament zu konstruieren, das stark genug sein muss, um den extremen Windlasten w\u00e4hrend der Tests standzuhalten.\r\n\r\nLORC hat R&amp;D Test Systems mit dem Bau des Pr\u00fcfstands f\u00fcr die Hauptlager im Hafen von Odense, Lind\u00f8 (D\u00e4nemark) beauftragt. Das Projekt erhielt eine F\u00f6rderung von 10 Millionen Euro aus dem d\u00e4nischen GreenLab-Programm.\r\n\r\nDer Pr\u00fcfstand soll im Jahr 2025 ausgeliefert werden und wird auf der WindEnergy Hamburg vom 24. bis 27.
