Her er \u00e9n digital tvilling ikke nok. Der skal mange til. I R&amp;D Test Systems sidder 170+ ingeni\u00f8rer og bygger kolossale testb\u00e6nke i st\u00e5l og beton og bestykket med enorme motorer, der p\u00e5 f\u00e5 m\u00e5neder vrider en m\u00f8lleprototype gennem 20 \u00e5rs simuleret vind og vejr.\r\n<h5>Den digitale dimension vokser<\/h5>\r\nTestb\u00e6nkene er imidlertid ikke kun r\u00e5 kr\u00e6fter og mange hundrede tons st\u00e5l og beton. Deres digitale dimension vokser i omfang og kompleksitet, og Elif Ecem Bas er en af hovedpersonerne i det arbejde. Som ekspert i hybridtest og med en ph.d. i structural engineering i bagagen styrer hun de forskningsprojekter, virksomheden deltager i. F.eks. har Elif Ecem Bas og hendes team udviklet en tvilling til simulering af testsekvenser, s\u00e5 man p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd kan eliminere fejlbeh\u00e6ftede test. Her best\u00e5r tvillingen af dynamiske modeller af testb\u00e6nken, inklusive de komponenter, den best\u00e5r af, og dertil en model af det emne, der testes, kaldet DUT (device under test). En anden type applikation er 3D-visualisering. Her kommer der ingen dynamiske modeller i spil. Man kan n\u00f8jes med en 3D CAD-model og derefter v\u00e6lge sensorer og angive et dataflow igennem sensorerne.\r\n<h5>Tvilling af selve testb\u00e6nken<\/h5>\r\n\"Vi har desuden et s\u00e6rskilt digitalt framework for testb\u00e6nken selv. Vi kan forudsige, hvordan forskellige testsekvenser p\u00e5virker b\u00e6nken og dens komponenter. Den viden kan vi bruge til f.eks. at v\u00e6lge, hvilke typer test vi gennemf\u00f8rer. Lad os sige, at vi i modellen kan se, at to forskellige slags test giver det samme testresultat, men den ene belaster b\u00e6nken meget kraftigere end den anden. S\u00e5 kan vi v\u00e6lge den testsekvens, der sk\u00e6rer mindst muligt af b\u00e6nkens levetid.\" \u00c5rsagen til, at R&amp;D Test Systems er s\u00e5 langt fremme med digitalisering og simulering af vindm\u00f8lletest, er if\u00f8lge Elif Ecem Bas, at man udvikler og bygger testb\u00e6nke helt fra bunden. Alt er designet inhouse, inklusive fundamenter, armering, motorer, styringer plus alt det \u00f8vrige, der udg\u00f8r en testb\u00e6nk. De har heller ikke noget at g\u00f8re med de drivtog og komponenter, der testes.\u00a0Det er et problem: For at opn\u00e5 det bedste resultat af simuleringerne for alle parter, er det nemlig n\u00f8dvendigt at kombinere de forskellige modeller der er i spil, f.eks. modellen af testb\u00e6nken og modellen af den nye vindm\u00f8lle-type der testes. OEM\u2019erne \u00f8nsker imidlertid ikke at dele modellen af et nyt produkt og dermed deres IP-rettigheder med andre.\r\n\r\nDen udfordring l\u00f8ser man med det, der i fagsproget kaldes FMI-baseret co-simulation. FMI st\u00e5r for Functional Mockup Interface. Det er en fri standard, der definerer et interface til udvekslingen af simuleringsmodeller mellem forskellige akt\u00f8rer. FMI\u2019en er en slags sort boks, der g\u00f8r det muligt at angive input og output fra modellen, mens information om selve modellen forbliver hemmelig. Dermed kan man simulere synkroniserede systemer, i dette tilf\u00e6lde en model af testb\u00e6nken og en model af testemnet.\r\n\r\nFMI\u2019en g\u00f8r det ogs\u00e5 muligt at samk\u00f8re modeller baseret p\u00e5 forskellige simuleringsmilj\u00f8er og forskellige typer software.\r\n\r\n."},{"_type":"text_columns","bg_color":"transparent","title":"","text":"<h5>Alt spejles digitalt<\/h5>\r\nHver eneste fysiske stump af testb\u00e6nken spejles i den digitale verden.\r\n\r\n\"Vi tager modellerne og f\u00f8der <em>real-life<\/em> data ind i dem. Samtidig designer vi interfaces til de \u00f8vrige modeller, der indg\u00e5r i vores digital tvilling-platform, f.eks. vindm\u00f8lleproducenternes model af den komponent eller det drivtog, der testes. Dermed kobler vi modellerne, s\u00e5 vi f\u00e5r den pr\u00e6cision, vi har brug for. Her har vi en klar fordel, fordi vores egen andel af de koblede modeller er s\u00e5 detaljeret og stabil.\"\r\n\r\nElif Ecem Bas erkender, at digitale tvillinger er komplekse at arbejde med. Ikke mindst n\u00e5r der som i R&amp;D Test Systems\u2019 tilf\u00e6lde n\u00e6rmest er tale om et fodboldhold af tvillinger. <span style=\"font-size: 1rem; letter-spacing: 0.03em;\">Det g\u00f8r det n\u00f8dvendigt at v\u00e6re p\u00e5 h\u00f8jde med den nyeste <\/span>viden p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det. Derfor deltager R&amp;D Test System i forskning p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det:\r\n\r\nSammen med Institut for Elektro- og Computerteknologi og Institut for Byggeri og Bygningsdesign fra Aarhus Universitet gennemf\u00f8rer R&amp;D Test Systems forskningsprojektet DIGIT-BENCH (Digital Twin for Large-Scale Test Benches for the Wind Industry), der har som m\u00e5l at erstatte fysiske test med digitale. Man forventer at kunne reducere testtiden med 20%. Projektet finansieres af Det Energiteknologiske Udviklings- og Demonstrationsprogram (EUDP), som er en dansk offentlig tilskudsordning, der giver hj\u00e6lp til udvikling og demonstration af nye energiteknologier.\r\nEt tilsvarende projekt, BLATIGUE-2, udvikler i samarbejde med DTU Wind simulerings software til stresstest af vindm\u00f8llevinger.\r\n\r\nDog har Elif Ecem Bas hele tiden fokus p\u00e5, at den forskning hun er involveret i kan oms\u00e6ttes til noget brugbart. Resultaterne skal v\u00e6re til gavn for brugerne af virksomhedens testb\u00e6nke og dermed relevant i en forretningsm\u00e6ssig sammenh\u00e6ng. Det m\u00e5 ikke blive s\u00e5 kompliceret, at det ikke kan anvendes i kundernes hverdag.
