Testning af komponenter kr\u00e6ver etablering af komplekse og dyre testanl\u00e6g, som bruges af flere vindm\u00f8lleproducenter og underleverand\u00f8rer.\r\n\r\nR&amp;D Test Systems er verdensf\u00f8rende inden for udvikling af strukturel testteknologi og har designet og leveret verdens st\u00f8rste testb\u00e6nk til vindm\u00f8ller, <a href=\"https:\/\/rdtestsystems.wpdrift.dev\/da\/insights\/den-stoerste-mest-kraftfulde-halt-testbaenk\/\">HALT XL<\/a>, til Lind\u00f8 Offshore Renewables Center (LORC). Full-scale testning af vindm\u00f8ller er stadig mulig, men vindm\u00f8ller og deres delkomponenter bliver st\u00f8rre og st\u00f8rre, s\u00e5 testning bliver mere tidskr\u00e6vende, hvilket resulterer i dyr og l\u00e6ngere time-to-market for nye og mere effektive produkter.\r\n\r\nFor at overvinde denne udfordring har et nyt forskningsprojekt ved navn \"DIGIT-BENCH\" (DIGItal Tvilling til large-scale testb\u00e6nke til vindm\u00f8lleindustrien) som m\u00e5l at udarbejde en ramme for digitaliseringen af large-scale testb\u00e6nke. Projektet finansieres af Det Energiteknologiske Udviklings- og Demonstrationsprogram (EUDP), som er en dansk offentlig tilskudsordning, der giver hj\u00e6lp til udvikling og demonstration af nye energiteknologier.\r\n<h5>Optimeret brug af testb\u00e6nk med digital tvilling<\/h5>\r\nDet er af afg\u00f8rende betydning for OEM'er i vindm\u00f8lleindustrien, at de implementerer digitalisering for at underst\u00f8tte den fremtidige udvikling af vindm\u00f8ller og komponenter, opn\u00e5 hurtigere time-to-market og reducere udviklingsomkostningerne. Som f\u00f8rende p\u00e5 markedet for n\u00f8glef\u00e6rdige testb\u00e6nke til naceller og komponenter er det derfor naturligt for R&amp;D Test Systems at hj\u00e6lpe industrien med at implementere digitalisering og bruge den digitale tvillingeteknologi til at forblive first movers p\u00e5 markedet for testb\u00e6nke.\r\n\r\nProjektets ramme er baseret p\u00e5 paradigmet om digitale tvillinger, hvilket betyder, at det bygger p\u00e5 en digital kopi af b\u00e5de testb\u00e6nken og den p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende \"device under test\" (DUT). Ved at skabe en digital tvilling af testb\u00e6nken vil det v\u00e6re muligt at forudsige processer, der er knyttet til en testkampagne, og reducere dyr og uudnyttet tid for testb\u00e6nken. Sensorerne er allerede implementeret p\u00e5 de testb\u00e6nke, der er udviklet af R&amp;D Test Systems, og mange af de digitale modeller er ogs\u00e5 klar, men det er n\u00f8dvendigt at udvikle backbone-systemet for at oprette koblingen, hvilket er hele essensen i EUDP-projektet.\r\n\r\n\"Vi har allerede udviklet mange af modellerne, s\u00e5 med den digitale tvilling kan vi begynde at bruge disse modeller p\u00e5 testb\u00e6nkene og lukke hullet mellem test og simulering,\" forklarer Elif Ecem Bas.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h5>Reducering af testtiden med 20 %<\/h5>\r\nM\u00e5let med DIGIT-BENCH-l\u00f8sningen er at forbedre time-to-market for st\u00f8rre og mere p\u00e5lidelige vindm\u00f8ller ved at reducere testtiden med 20 % ved hj\u00e6lp af den digitale tvillingeteknologi. Det estimeres, at en s\u00e5dan forbedring vil medf\u00f8re en for\u00f8gelse p\u00e5 ~15 % af den str\u00f8mgenererende kapacitet (~345 GW), der installeres i perioden mellem i dag og 2030 sammenlignet med den klimaneutrale NetZero<a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>-baseline.\r\n\r\n\"Jeg er utrolig glad for, at vi har f\u00e5et finansieringen p\u00e5 plads, fordi det betyder, at vi nu kan realisere den optimering og digitalisering, som vi ved er mulig.
