Offshore vind leverer, med en kapacitet p\u00e5 25\u00a0GW, i \u00f8jeblikket kun tre procent af Europas elektricitet, men regionen sigter mod at n\u00e5 op p\u00e5 110\u00a0GW i 2030 og betydeligt mere derefter. Ved at teste tidligt har producenten mulighed for at forbedre sit design hurtigere og med minimale omkostninger,\" tilf\u00f8jer Heinecke.\r\n<h2>Reparationer p\u00e5 havet kan let koste 100.000 euro om dagen<\/h2>\r\nEt fejlscenarie, der opst\u00e5r ude p\u00e5 havet, kan tage dage eller endda uger at l\u00f8se og kr\u00e6ver tit brug af helikoptere og specialskibe samt ofte allerede fuldt bookede specialteknikere (da der er relativt f\u00e5 af dem), hvilket alt sammen typisk kan l\u00f8be op i over 100.000 euro om dagen. Dertil kommer omkostningerne til reservedele og mistede indt\u00e6gter fra inaktive m\u00f8ller.\r\n\r\n\"Det er vigtigt at teste komponenter grundigt for at mindske producenternes risiko for nedetid i vindm\u00f8llerne og garantikrav. Dette bliver endnu vigtigere, efterh\u00e5nden som havvindm\u00f8ller begynder at udg\u00f8re en st\u00f8rre del af det samlede energimiks,\" forklarer Heinecke.\r\n<h2>P\u00e5lidelig drift reducerer antallet af garantikrav<\/h2>\r\nEn stigning i antallet og st\u00f8rrelsen af vindm\u00f8lleparker er en del af den nuv\u00e6rende tendens. \"P\u00e5lidelig drift vil f\u00e5 stadigt st\u00f8rre betydning. Energiafbrydelser fra havvindm\u00f8lleparker b\u00f8r kun forekomme p\u00e5 grund af utilstr\u00e6kkelig vindhastighed og aldrig p\u00e5 grund af en fejl, der kunne have v\u00e6ret undg\u00e5et,\" siger Heinecke.\r\n\r\nR&amp;D Test Systems har et team af specialister, der udvikler og leverer n\u00f8glef\u00e6rdige testsystemer til vindm\u00f8ller og samarbejder med producenterne om at identificere potentielle omkostningsfordele.\r\n<h2>Tests optimerer v\u00e6rdik\u00e6den<\/h2>\r\nR&amp;D Test Systems forudser, at valideringstestning vil blive en vigtig del af v\u00e6rdik\u00e6den for havvindm\u00f8ller, da investering i forudg\u00e5ende testning giver fremtidige omkostningsbesparelser.
