Filip Westarp har arbejdet som Solution Owner for udviklingen af \u200b\u200bet nyt stativ til vindm\u00f8llevinger og et nyt vinge\u00e5g til Siemens Gamesa.\r\n<h5>Overvindelse af udfordringer og fremtidssikring af systemer<\/h5>\r\nDet var ikke en let opgave at udvikle de nye systemer, da projektet skulle l\u00f8se udfordringen med at flytte et fuldt l\u00e6sset vingestativ med tre vinger fra kajen til en pram og derefter flytte det til installationsfart\u00f8jet, som foretager den endelige installation offshore.\r\n\r\n\"At installere havvindm\u00f8ller er ekstremt dyrt. Derfor er det altid en udfordring at g\u00f8re dette effektivt uden at beskadige nogen komponenter. Vi m\u00e5tte finde den bedste m\u00e5de at overf\u00f8re stativerne mellem kajen og skibene. Da et vingestativ normalt vil v\u00e6re fastgjort p\u00e5 et skib ved svejsning, skulle der udvikles et nyt hydraulisk l\u00e5sesystem, som hurtigt og sikkert kunne l\u00e5se eller frig\u00f8re fastg\u00f8relsen af stativerne enten p\u00e5 prammen eller installationsfart\u00f8jet,\" forklarer Filip Westarp.\r\n\r\nEn anden udfordring for teamet var, at vingerne blev drejet 90 grader i forhold til tidligere SGRE-vingestativer. Vindm\u00f8llevinger bliver konstant st\u00f8rre i l\u00e6ngde og v\u00e6gt. S\u00e5 for at optimere processerne fra vingeproduktion til installation forbliver vingerne nu i den horisontale orientering, de er produceret i.\r\n\r\n\"Det er et helt nyt vingestativ, og vi m\u00e5tte tage hensyn til mange nye parametre, da vingerne b\u00e5de bliver st\u00f8rre og ligger horisontalt,\" forklarer Filip Westarp.\r\n\r\nDen horisontalt orientering pr\u00e6senterede ogs\u00e5 udfordringen med at f\u00e5 adgang til vingerne nedenfor, n\u00e5r de er stablet. For at kunne komme til alle vingerne i vingestativet blev der udviklet et \"fold op\" -system, der f\u00e5r klemmen, hvori vingen ligger, til at tippe op for at f\u00e5 adgang til vingen nedenunder. S\u00e5 vi var n\u00f8dt til at konstruere en ny type C-\u00e5g, der kan gribe vingerne fra siden i en horisontal vinkel. Selvom dette er et nyt system for SGRE, er C-\u00e5g ikke nye som s\u00e5dan.
