","text":"N\u00e5r vi designer en testb\u00e6nk med en Test Load Unit (TLU), skal vi opn\u00e5 nogle foruddefinerede belastninger. For at opn\u00e5 dette bruger vi kinematiske modeller til at beregne de belastninger, der skal p\u00e5f\u00f8res den enhed, der testes, ogs\u00e5 kaldet Device Under Test (DUT).\r\n\r\nTLU er en parallel robot, hvilket betyder, at en flok aktuatorer virker parallelt med hinanden for at p\u00e5f\u00f8re belastninger p\u00e5 en DUT. Vi bruger kinematiske og dynamiske modeller til at designe TLU'en gennem simulering af forskellige foruddefinerede belastningstilf\u00e6lde. Form\u00e5let med disse modeller er at relatere bev\u00e6gelserne og belastningerne af DUT til bev\u00e6gelserne eller kr\u00e6fterne af aktuatorerne i TLU. For eksempel, hvis et krav angiver, at DUT'en skal uds\u00e6ttes for et b\u00f8jningsmoment p\u00e5 50 MNm, vil de kinematiske modeller forudsige, hvordan TLU'en skal agere for at opn\u00e5 dette.\r\n\r\nIkke kun er de kinematiske modeller brugt i designfasen af \u200b\u200bTLU, men de samme modeller er rygraden i TLU's kontrolsystem. Det er en unik opgave at g\u00f8re de komplekse kinematiske modeller nyttige i styringen af \u200b\u200btestb\u00e6nken. Det er dog lykkedes R&amp;D Test Systems at skabe et brugervenligt HMI, der kan g\u00f8re dette. Gennem denne gr\u00e6nseflade kan vi justere TLU'en med enheden under test (DUT) og kontrollere de belastninger, der p\u00e5f\u00f8res DUT'en intuitivt.\r\n\r\nVores TLU spiller en afg\u00f8rende rolle i at validere vindm\u00f8llers hoved- og underkomponenter effektivt. Vi har en standardsoftware, som vi bruger til at lave stress- og forskydningsevalueringer. N\u00e5r vi vil lave nogle mere dybdeg\u00e5ende unders\u00f8gelser af svejsningerne og boltene, bruger vi vores specialiserede v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer til at unders\u00f8ge og finde ud af: hvad er udnyttelsesgraden, hvad er skaden, og hvor meget er disse specialiserede komponenter i stand til at modst\u00e5.\r\n\r\nN\u00e5r vi bygger en testb\u00e6nk, bruger vi detaljerede CAD modeller og designs, s\u00e5 den kan modst\u00e5 belastningen fra testb\u00e6nken. En af udfordringerne ved at designe strukturerne og komponenterne er at finde ud af, hvordan hver del klarer belastningerne, samt hvordan delene p\u00e5virker hinanden. For at klare denne udfordring kombinerer vi design og belastninger i en software, der vurderer, om designet er tilstr\u00e6kkeligt, for tungt, for let eller bare perfekt. At integrere disse metoder i en omfattende beregningsmodel hj\u00e6lper os med at forst\u00e5 samspillet mellem forskellige dele, hvilket er afg\u00f8rende for at opfylde systemkravene.\r\n\r\nAfh\u00e6ngigt af designmodellens st\u00f8rrelse og kompleksitet kan evalueringer tage alt fra minutter til uger.
